Chargers Extend Kicker Cameron Dicker Through 2028
The Los Angeles Chargers have agreed to a four-year, $22.004 million contract extension with kicker Cameron Dicker, including $12.5 million guaranteed. This deal makes Dicker one of the NFL's top five highest-paid kickers. Dicker, who went undrafted in 2022, has had an impressive career so far, converting 52 of 55 field-goal attempts and all 59 extra-point tries. He set a franchise record for 50+ yard field goals made in a season last year and has been praised for his consistency and confidence by new Chargers coach Jim Harbaugh. Dicker's journey included stints with the Rams, Ravens, and Eagles before finding a long-term home with the Chargers. He is now tied to the team through the 2028 season, solidifying his role as a key player in their rebuilding efforts.
