Fiancé of Missing Ohio Art Student Sentenced

John Carter, the fiancé of Ohio art student Katelyn Markham, has been sentenced to three years in prison for involuntary manslaughter in connection with her 2011 disappearance and death. Carter, initially charged with two counts of murder, pleaded guilty as part of a plea deal. Markham's skeletal remains were found in 2013, and authorities ruled her death a homicide.
