Israeli Raids in West Bank Kill Ten Palestinians

Israeli military operations in the northern West Bank have resulted in the deaths of at least 10 Palestinians, according to the Red Crescent, amid a major offensive targeting militant groups following a failed bomb attack in Tel Aviv. The Palestinian Authority health ministry confirmed that the fatalities included seven individuals in Tubas and two in Jenin, with the identified victims being Qassam Jabarin and Asem Balout. As Israeli forces have surrounded Jenin and Tulkarem, they are reportedly blocking access to hospitals and destroying local infrastructure with bulldozers. The military stated that these operations aim to dismantle Hamas and other militant factions. Over 640 Palestinians have been killed in such raids since the onset of the Israel-Gaza conflict, escalating tensions further in the region. Additionally, a U.S. initiative to deliver humanitarian aid to Gaza faced challenges and was ultimately abandoned due to logistical issues.
