Michael Keaton Returns in Beetlejuice Sequel

Jenna Ortega shared her experience of getting jump-scared by Michael Keaton in full costume on the set of 'Beetlejuice Beetlejuice' during an appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. Keaton, who reprises his role from the 1988 classic, admitted feeling nervous about meeting fan expectations after 36 years. The sequel, directed by Tim Burton, sees the return of original cast members Winona Ryder and Catherine O'Hara, alongside newcomers like Ortega, who plays Ryder's character's daughter, Astrid. The plot focuses on the strained relationship between Lydia Deetz (Ryder) and her daughter. Ryder described her return to the set as an emotional experience, while O'Hara noted her character has mellowed over the years. The film is set to premiere on September 6.
