The iconic brown felt fedora worn by Harrison Ford in 1984's 'Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom' sold for $630,000 at auction, significantly exceeding its expected price range of $250,000 to $500,000. The hat originated from the collection of the late stunt performer Dean Ferrandini, who also used it while standing in for Ford during filming. Propstore noted that keeping the fedora secure was challenging, prompting the addition of foam pieces for a snug fit. Crafted by the Herbert Johnson Hat Company in London, the fedora is made from sable-colored rabbit felt. Other notable auction items included a 'Return of the Jedi' scout trooper helmet that fetched $315,000 and a ghost costume from 'Scream' that sold for $270,900. 'Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom' also starred Kate Capshaw and Ke Huy Quan.
