Kenneth Moore, a 45-year-old man from Clarksville, Tennessee, has been indicted on multiple charges, including robbery, rape, and weapons offenses, following allegations that he assaulted three women he met on dates between October 2023 and February 2024. The U.S. Attorney's Office reported that Moore arranged dates at local motels, where he allegedly robbed, raped, beat, and pistol-whipped the victims, all of whom required medical treatment for their injuries. Moore was arrested by the Clarksville Police Department on February 29, 2024, and subsequently indicted by a federal grand jury on July 17. If convicted, he faces severe penalties, including a minimum of seven years for weapon charges, up to 20 years for robbery, and up to 15 years for possession of a firearm as a felon, with potential life sentences if deemed an armed career criminal. The case is being prosecuted by Assistant U.S. Attorneys Kathryn Risinger and Monica R. Morrison, with investigations led by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives and local police.
