Massive Wildfires and Flash Floods Force Evacuations and State of Emergency in Ruidoso, NM
The wildfires near Ruidoso, New Mexico, have caused significant devastation, burning over 20,000 acres and destroying approximately 1,400 structures, including homes and businesses. Two fatalities have been reported, and around 8,000 people have been evacuated as the South Fork and Salt Fires remain uncontained.
