Actress Betty A. Bridges Dies at 83

Betty A. Bridges, an actress renowned for her roles in 'Good Times,' 'ER,' and '2 Broke Girls,' passed away at the age of 83 on August 27 at her son Todd Bridges' home in Phoenix, where she had been in hospice care. Her death was confirmed by a family representative, although the cause remains undisclosed. Bridges enjoyed a prolific 40-year acting career, which included memorable roles in various television series and films, and she significantly contributed to the industry as an acting coach.
