Elon Musk Initiates Foreclosure on Gene Wilder's Former Home

The couple has fallen behind on payments following financial strains caused by the recent Hollywood strikes, prompting Musk to file a notice of default in July. Despite the situation, Walker-Pearlman expressed no hard feelings towards Musk, stating he views the foreclosure as a non-adversarial process and is grateful for the opportunity Musk provided. The couple has listed the home for $12.95 million, with Walker-Pearlman reflecting on the emotional significance of the property. Musk's trust originally acquired the home in 2013 for $6.75 million, and it features a kidney-shaped pool and a rich history for the family.
