Tesla Road Rage Driver Released After One Year

Nathaniel Radimak, the man dubbed the 'Tesla road rage guy,' has been released from prison after serving only 10 months of a five-year sentence for a series of violent road rage incidents in Los Angeles. He pleaded guilty to felony assault and criminal threats in 2023, but was granted 424 days of credit for time served during his pre-sentencing period, along with additional credits for good behavior. Radimak's early release has left many victims feeling shocked and disappointed, particularly as they were not consulted about his plea deal or informed of his release until after it occurred. Victims, represented by attorney Gloria Allred, expressed concerns for their safety and the lack of communication from the California Department of Corrections regarding Radimak's release status. The incidents, which took place between 2022 and 2023, involved Radimak attacking multiple drivers with a metal pipe, instilling fear among female motorists in the area. His criminal history reportedly spans nearly two decades, raising questions about the adequacy of the justice system in handling such offenders.
