In interviews, Kidman confessed feeling 'very exposed,' both as an actor and a person, during the emotionally and physically demanding scenes, which left her feeling 'ragged.' Directed by Halina Reijn, 'Babygirl' features Kidman as a successful businesswoman who starts a risky affair with a young intern, played by Harris Dickinson, while her husband, portrayed by Antonio Banderas, remains unaware. Kidman expressed apprehension about the film's upcoming world premiere at the Venice Film Festival, comparing the experience to revealing a 'home video' to the world.
