NHL Trade Deadline Decisions for St. Louis Blues and Chicago Blackhawks

The NHL trade deadline is just over a month away and some big names could be on the move. AfterElias Lindholm and Sean Monahan have already been traded, other stars could follow them out the door. Tyson Barrie is likely to be moved, as the Nashville Predators have allowed other teams to speak to the defenseman. Barrie could be a good addition to a playoff team, providing solid second-pair defense and some offense from the back. Vladimir Tarasenko is another player likely to be traded. The Russian forward has recorded 33 points in 45 games this season and a number of teams are likely to be interested in acquiring his services. Sean Walker is another player likely to be traded, as the Philadelphia Flyers look to get a first-round pick for the defenseman. Lastly, Tyler Johnson of the Chicago Blackhawks could be a valuable addition for a playoff-bound team, providing good secondary scoring.
