2025 Ford Maverick Adds AWD Hybrid Option

Ford's 2025 Maverick pickup truck is receiving significant updates, including the introduction of an all-wheel-drive (AWD) hybrid variant, a feature highly requested by customers. The hybrid powertrain, previously front-wheel drive only, now offers AWD with 191 horsepower and the ability to tow up to 4,000 pounds. Tech upgrades include a 13.2-inch touchscreen with Sync 4 infotainment, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, and over-the-air updates via a built-in 5G modem. The refreshed exterior features a new grille, bumper, and LED headlights, while the interior offers new color options and a Black Package. Pricing starts at $27,890, with orders opening on August 1 and deliveries beginning late this year.
