The court has scheduled the next hearing for August 12, where the complainant must present evidence for cross-examination. This case is one of many against Gandhi, as noted by Uttar Pradesh Congress president Ajay Rai, who emphasized the party's resilience in facing such legal challenges. Gandhi had previously been granted bail in this matter earlier in the year.
