Northern Superchargers Secure First Win of Season

Welsh Fire triumphed over Trent Rockets, climbing to third place based on NRR. Manchester Originals remain winless and at the bottom, while Northern Superchargers, who have won two of their three matches, prepare to face them next. In The Hundred Women’s competition, Annabel Sutherland’s all-round performance led Northern Superchargers to an 82-run win over Oval Invincibles, marking their first victory of the season. Sutherland scored an unbeaten 63 and took 4 for 11, while the Invincibles recorded the lowest total in the history of the competition with 64 all out.
