Groundbreaking for Colorado Aerospace Business Center
The Colorado Aerospace Business Center (CABC) held its groundbreaking ceremony on August 19, marking the start of a significant industrial and retail development in Colorado Springs. Developed by AZ Opportunity Fund and ARCO/Murray, the CABC will initially feature an 84,750 square-foot building designed for aerospace and technology companies, with completion expected by early 2026. The center will span over 31 acres and aims to provide specialized infrastructure, including fiber redundancy and SCIF spaces, to meet the needs of high-tech industries. This project is anticipated to create at least 250 jobs and is strategically located near the Colorado Springs Airport and Peterson Space Force Base. Future phases may include additional industrial buildings and retail spaces, responding to market demand. Project leaders expressed optimism about the center's potential to foster innovation and growth in the aerospace sector.
