Dolphins Restructure Hill's $90M Contract
The Miami Dolphins and star wide receiver Tyreek Hill have agreed to a restructured contract worth $90 million over the next three years, including $65 million guaranteed, making it the largest guaranteed sum for a receiver without adding years to the contract. This restructured deal brings Hill's total guaranteed money to $106.5 million over four years. Hill, who was recently named the No. 1 player on the NFL’s Top 100 list, has shown exceptional performance, leading the league in receiving yards and touchdowns last season. Despite Hill's hefty contract, fans and analysts see it as a strategic move by the Dolphins to secure their key offensive weapon. The deal could also influence ongoing contract negotiations for other top receivers in the league. Additionally, the Dolphins have signed free agent offensive lineman Sean Harlow, adding depth to their roster ahead of the upcoming season.
