Yogi Adityanath Accuses Congress, SP of Division

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath accused the Congress and Samajwadi Party (SP) of attempting to divide society, likening their actions to those of Pakistan's founder, Muhammad Ali Jinnah. Speaking at an employment fair in Aligarh, he condemned the opposition for fostering societal discord and attributed issues to caste-based divisions. Adityanath asserted that since Prime Minister Modi's tenure began in 2014, the country has made significant progress, while the opposition has allegedly created anarchy and division. He criticized the SP's past handling of women's safety, particularly referencing controversial remarks by party founder Mulayam Singh Yadav. During the event, Adityanath distributed job appointment letters and inaugurated projects worth Rs 705 crore, reinforcing the BJP's commitment to development amidst political tensions. He emphasized the need for unity and adherence to the rule of law, contrasting it with the opposition's approach to governance.
